8am – 11am: – DEscousse Hungryman’s Breakfest held the second Sunday of the month. The D’Escousse Civic Improvement Society Hall 3276 Hwy 320 D’Escousse. Admission is $12.00 for adults, $6.00 for kids 10 and under.

Saturday, June 17

Father’s Day Memorial Fishing Derby will take place at the Potlotek First Nation on June 17 and 18. There will be BBQ food available each day. Great prizes including: 1st. place Boat Motor Trailer, 2nd place: Ride lawn mower and 3rd place: Generator along with lots of individual prizes. There fishing derby will have a Adult division for both days and a Kids division for 15 years of age and under held only on the 17th. This years derby is dedicated to the memory of Ian Tousnard.

10am – 2pm: -The SAM, Saturday Artisans Market will take place at the Bonnie Brae Seniors Club on Toulouse Street, in St. Peter’s.

9pm – 12am: – The Webbs will be ebtertaining at the L’Ardoise Royal Canadian Legion Dance in L’Ardoise.

6pm: – The Pay It Forward – Angel Fund will co sponsor with La Picasse to bring you a Dinner Theatre. Dinner Theatre will take place at La Picasse in Petit de Grat and will be catered by Louis’s Cosy Corner. Tickets are $35.00, and can be purchased from Angel Fund Members.

Sunday, June 18

11:30am –  Lion’s Club Father’s  Day Turkey Dinner will be held at the St. Louis’s Parish Hall in Louisdale, admission is Adults $15.00 and children $10.00. There will also be a ticket draw and Silent Auction. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Strait Richmond Hospital and the st. Anne’s Centre.

11am – 1pm: – Father’s Day Lunch Buffet will be held at the L’Ardoise Community Centre in L’Ardoise.  Admission is $15.00 for adults and $8.00 for children under 11 years of age.Sponsored by the 200 Anniversary Committee.

10am – 2pm:  – Grand River Farmers Market will start it’s new season at the Grand River Fire Hall in Grand River. More details to follow as they become available.

10am – 1pm: – The Johnstown Landing Market.  This year the market will run every SUNDAY. We would love to welcome new vendors to the market.  Contact  Note that you don’t have to commit to attending every week.

2pm – 4pm: – Evelyn McCrae, Wayne Bona & Tyrone David will he entertaining at the St.Georges Channel Hall in St. Georges Channel. Admission 10.00 which includes lunch. Sponsored by South Mountain Arm of Gold.
