Virtual Running for Beginners
Over the course of 6 weeks, participants will learn the basics of running in an inclusive and encouraging online Facebook group. This program is for anyone new to running, who can comfortably walk 15-20 minutes without stopping. Running has many physical and mental health benefits. Best of all, no fancy equipment required. A new pair of running shoes is recommended. Lindsey has been a runner for over 10 years and she would love to see more people enjoying the sport and discovering all the amazing benefits it brings! Yoga with Michele
Join us for an invigorating yoga series that will help us transition from Winter into Spring. We will focus on mindful movements, breathwork, strengthening and lengthening. Slow Flow Yoga
This class allows beginners to create their own synchronized dance, while learning poses and how to move, breathe, and stretch between poses. Slow flow brings the element of time into practice. Gentle Vinyasa Yoga
Commit time to yourself and your self-care with this 6-week gentle vinyasa yoga program, suitable for all levels. We will focus on breathwork, mindful movement, and cultivating a state of ease on and off your mat. You will leave each class feeling rejuvenated, grounded and strong to settle into your evening and prepare for your week ahead. Crystal Sound Bowl Guided Meditation

Acupuncturist/Reiki Master Mug Making Workshops
This is a relaxing and fun 2hr class of guided instruction to help you create your very own mug. No previous experience is required, and you will use various clay hand-building techniques to craft a true one-of-a-kind piece of pottery. All pieces will be dishwasher and microwave safe. The fee includes all materials, clay, glazes and firing, tools, equipment and instruction, and even an apron to wear! After your mug is dry it will be bisque and then glaze fired in my kiln and then we can arrange for pick up! Registration fee is required prior to workshop date. PiYo Live PiYo
PiYo Live is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and pilates as well as the principles of stretching, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. We crank up the music, the speed and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact workout. Modifications can be made for all fitness levels. Core Spin – Level 4 A
cardiovascular workout that will take you on a stationary but sweaty ride. You will be riding to the beat for 60 minutes, challenging yourself with varied intensities, body positions, pedal speed, resistance and a weight track to make this class a full body workout! Each program runs for a total of 4 weeks, two session each week. A maximum of 7 participants per program. Participants are asked to bring a hand towel and water bottle. Beginner/Intermediate Line Dancing (Ages 18+)
